Rafael Perez – CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Rafael oversees our payroll and tax departments. Rafael is versed in full-cycle payroll, including international payroll and is trained in various payroll software. Rafael is also the go to person for corporate and payroll tax registration.

Rafael has extensive background in both payroll and tax compliance. Rafael has several degrees to his name, including a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Chico.

Carlos Salcido Arzaga – DOO (Director of Operations)

Carlos manages our daily activities, oversees our administrative and HR departments, and generally ensures the efficiency of the operations of our organization.

Carlos works directly with our CEO, Rafael Perez, to best serve our clients and ensure continued success for our company.

Socorro “Coco” Harrison – Administrative Assistant

Coco supports our executive team and helps us stay organized and on task. Coco provides all administrative support and is the life of the party for our office.

In addition to her positive attitude and sunny disposition, Coco brings her many years of administrative experience to our organization and helps keep all of us on track.
